Changes are everyday life. Occasionally they are the result of our self-initiative, when we are making progress. Often they are impelled by our environment. And frequently they generate irritations, anxieties or conflicts.<\/p>\n<p>This is not inevitable. Changes have causes and depend on a context which the individual with a limited perspective can hardly oversee. To someone with the distanced look from the outside, virtually the bird\u2019s-eye view, this comes easier \u2013 and so somebody like that is then also capable of capturing this context, of describing and mediating it. Martina Schubert is such a person. She offers systemic coaching which helps to understand the big picture better and to comprehend why and how changes take place.
